Never enough of perfumes, right? Recently I used up all the perfumes I had and decided to add a new one in my collection. I already had a chance to try Elizabeth Arden perfumes and I wanted to add one perfume of this brand to my collection. This is the first perfume review ever on this blog.

Do you know the difference between extrait de parfume, eau de parfume and eau de toilette? The perfume extrait contains the highest concentration of scent, from 15 to 40%, the scent is very intense and lingers on the body for a very long time. Eau de parfume contains 8-20% of perfume extract, and the scent remains on the body for up to six hours.

You must have already seen on my Instagram profile that I adore Lidl and their clothes. The prices are very affordable, and the clothes are of good quality and long lasting. The colors do not fade after a wash, and the clothes still have their original shape. As I started using their hair cosmetics, I wanted to try their makeup.

For a little less than 6 euros I got a nail polish, a blush, a compact powder, an eye shadow and a lip balm. Great deal, right? This was a sale, otherwise I would have paid for these five products somewhat less than 8 euros. This is still not bad if you consider that only one eyeshadow in a drugstore can cost 8 euros. You will be able to read a few words about each product, see photos and swatches to find out whether the products are good.

This lip balm is a repeated purchase, it contains shea butter, vitamin E and babass oil. It is moisturizing enough, not greasy and leaves no greasy trace on the lips. It delicately nourishes the lips and it is the only balm that I am constantly returning to. They have another version Shiny Pearl, but the blue one is better for me. It cost me 0,61 euros at a discount, otherwise it costs a little bit more. I am a person who has to buy a new lip balm every two weeks, and I do not want to spend 10-20 euros every other week only for a lip balm.

I noticed some new Dove products on Notino, so I decided to try them out and write my impressions. I really like Dove products, I often buy their shower gels because they are affordable, yet very high quality and they do not dry out my skin.

Dove Exfoliating Body Scrub Crushed Macadamia & Rice Milk really thrilled me. The scrub removes dead skin cells, leaving skin soft and silky after use. The exfoliating particles are gentle and not at all rough on the skin.

The smell is divine and it reminds me of ice cream, my whole bathroom smells like this product after showering. You get a quantity of 225 ml, which is will last for a long time because you only need very little for one use, even for the whole body.

One recent innovation on the market is the emergence of solid perfumes that look a lot like a lip balm. They are smaller than a standard perfume and therefore are ideal for handbags and travel. Solid perfumes are special and different because of their appearance, this is what makes them an ideal gift.

Solid perfumes are made from wax and perfumed balm, which ultimately looks like solid balm in a small box. The perfume is applied with the fingers where the body produces the most heat: on the wrists, on the neck, on the ears and chest. These are the key places where the perfume will last for the longest time, but you can actually apply it wherever you want.

Recently, new Nivea clay shower gels came out on the market and I wanted to try them. I have not used such clay products on my body so far, and the idea of clay shower gels is very interesting. I like to use face masks with clay so I think these products could be very effective.

I use face masks two to three times a week. Sometimes these are classic wash-off masks and sometimes I reach for sheet masks. It all depends on how much time I have and if I have time for the whole procedure of putting on a sheet mask, then I choose a classic mask.

A few years ago, I only used clay masks and masks that would remove excess oil from my face. Now my facial skin is no longer that oily, so most often I choose moisturizing masks. Sometimes I also need some purifying mask, during those days of the month, so it’s good to have one of those on hand as well.

They have a wide range of products, from a variety of acids and serums, to sprays and face masks. I chose two face masks for testing, and now you can read my impressions. The positive thing about staying home is that we can focus a little bit more on our skin and body care. I decided to focus more on my hair, try out new hair care products and get rid of the annoying dandruff that sometimes appears on my scalp.

Surely you have heard of double cleansing your face, but have you heard of double cleansing of the scalp and hair? I have been practicing this for several months now and I can say that I noticed a major difference in my hair after the first wash. Scalp hygiene is very important to me as I often struggle with dandruff, especially lately. Every time I wash my hair, I feel like I’ve been in a hair salon because of all the little rituals I have.

What is exactly double hair and scalp cleansing? This is essentially double shampooing, and for this purpose I use mild products that will not irritate the scalp. The first shampooing removes all the dirt, grease and residue of hair styling products, and the second shampooing actually cleans the scalp and nourishes the entire length of the hair.

Today I have prepared a review of two Avène products – a moisturizing face cream and thermal water. The thermal water has been in my skincare routine for two years now and the face cream is new in my skincare collection.

Avène Tolérance Extreme is a soothing and moisturizing cream for sensitive and intolerant facial skin – I chose the rich version, and there is an emulsion that’s lighter than this one. I chose this cream because it contains a minimum of ingredients, it has only seven ingredients that are suitable for sensitive skin. I don’t normally have sensitive skin, but my skin just became extremely dehydrated during my stay at home and from the three moisturizers I currently rotate – none of them gave me relief.

The cream is formulated without any preservatives, parabens or perfumes, thus greatly reducing the possibility of skin irritation. The texture is something between a rich and a gel cream, but it is a non-greasy cream that does not leave the skin feeling oily. It hasn’t clogged my pores and my skin looks slightly matte when I apply the cream. The packaging is very practical and hygienically made. When the bottle is pressed, the pump that pushes out the product is lifted and immediately returned so that the cream is always sterile and bacteria do not have access to the cream.

Do you know that feeling when you put an SPF cream on your face and your face gets oily right away, and the makeup does not really stick to such a surface? That’s why we often avoid putting any SPF cream on the face, which is not good at all. More recently, mattifying SPF creams started being in the focus of attention in the beauty industry – a relief for all those who have oily/combination skin.

I know, summer is at the door, we all want to be tanned and for that we spend so much time in the sun. In order to protect against harmful UV rays and possible sun burns, before any direct exposure to sunlight, an SPF cream must be applied. Although UV rays may not be visible with the naked eye, they penetrate deep into the skin and can cause great damage. You can also get tanned skin if you use a protective factor cream while protecting yourself from negative consequences.
