I started researching Korean cosmetics more and more, and one of the brands I decided to try was Missha. Today I am writing about one product of this brand that has absolutely delighted me, I will tell you that right away.

I’m talking about Missha UV Pore Blur Starter SPF50 + PA ++++, a primer that blurs the pores and mattifies the skin, it also acts like a sunscreen. It really does what it promises – it fills the pores and mattifies the face, while protecting against the harmful rays of the sun. This is the only SPF product that I have tried that it doesn’t look oily on the skin without even a slight shedding after application.

Today I’m talking about the EcoTools makeup brushes set which contains five makeup brushes and a brush holder. Each brush is very multifunctional and it’s possible to create an entire makeup look with only these five brushes.

It’s intended for the application of powder products such as setting powder, blush and bronzer. The hairs are soft and thick, picking up the full pigmentation of the product that is applied to the face. The brush blends the product very nicely, leaving no harsh lines on the skin.

Gucci Bloom comes in a package that looks a lot like a classic perfume, but it’s a hair mist. It’s gentle and will not dry out your hair, it can be used several times throughout the day and the scent will not be overpowering. It’s best to use it on freshly washed and dried hair, because then the hair absorbs the scent best.

The fragrance consists of a combination of jasmine and tuberose to give a fresh and floral note, there is also an Indian Rangoon Creeper that gives a powdery note. At first it feels strong and sensual, but at the same time powdery and gentle. As it stays longer on the hair, the perfume turns into a floral powdery scent that simply exudes elegance.

Gucci Bloom hair mist can also be used as a body perfume, which I often tend to do. I just like this powdery scent, and the big plus is that it doesn’t dry out my hair. If I apply it on freshly washed and dried hair, I can smell a gentle scent in my hair for a long time . Five hours after application – my hair still smells after this hair mist.

The face cream I currently like to use is The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA. This is a cream with hyaluronic acid and various amino acids, it protects the skin barrier and moisturizes the skin very well. It also contains urea and glycerin, ingredients that give the skin moisture and promote skin hydration.

I like to use it in the morning, it absorbs very quickly and prepares the skin for applying makeup. It makes a really nice and non-oily base for liquid foundation, it leaves no residue on the skin and it’s completely unnoticeable. The skin looks and feels moisturized. It’s an oil-free formula, but it doesn’t mattify the skin – it leaves a light glow on the skin. The formula looks thick, but when in contact with the skin, it turns into a light and creamy, easy to apply texture.

I use face masks two to three times a week. Sometimes these are classic wash-off masks and sometimes I reach for sheet masks. It all depends on how much time I have and if I have time for the whole procedure of putting on a sheet mask, then I choose a classic mask.

A few years ago, I only used clay masks and masks that would remove excess oil from my face. Now my facial skin is no longer that oily, so most often I choose moisturizing masks. Sometimes I also need some purifying mask, during those days of the month, so it’s good to have one of those on hand as well.

Using toners has been a crucial part of my skin care routine for years. I apply it with a cotton pad on a cleansed skin, then I’m sure my skin is clean and ready to apply the rest of the my skin care. I currently use a glycolic acid toner, and you can find out more about it below.

Glycolic acid is one of the AHA (alpha hydroxy) acids and provides a very gentle exfoliation of the skin, eliminating dead skin cells which results in a more radiant and cleaner complexion. It can be found in a variety of products, and it’s most commonly recommended for people with acne as it can reduce scarring and promote skin cells renewal. With the use of glycolic acid, as well as any exfoliating acid, it’s recommended to apply a sunscreen to avoid skin damage due to sun exposure.

I received a Pixi Glow Tonic as a gift and could hardly wait to start using it. I haven’t used glycolic acid so far, so initially I only used this toner 2-3 times a week. That was enough to see if I’ll have any reactions to this product, now I use it every day and mostly in the evenings. I noticed that my face was clearer and the complexion was more beautiful and even. The occurrence of small pimples has decreased and stubborn blackheads started disappearing in some places.
